Excellent customer service and facilities. They took care of my warranty work and performed oil change/tire rotation quickly. The service tech provided a short video review of the work completed which was much appreciated. Only thing I could say that is slightly negative is the cost of OEM Subaru air filters. I’ll save the money and replace with aftermarket ones. Definitely will be back for any other service needs!

My car was totaled by an uninsured driver a few weeks ago so i was searching for an affordable and dependable, reputable car. This turned out to be a difficult mission in Waco, Tx with its limited inventory and just a few car dealerships. My son found a listing on Autotrader for a Honda Accord at the local Subaru dealer. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Jen who sent me pics of the vehicle which I really liked and info on financing as I needed to do a partial cash and financing option. Since I had no transportation to go out and look at the vehicle the dealership sent a driver to pick me up at home. Enrique was so nice and easy to talk to...we made good conversation on the way. Once there I was greeted by Clinton, my sales rep and I looked at the vehicle which I really liked a lot and I decided to go forward with the purchase. Clinton as well was very easy to talk to and I explained how I wanted to proceed with the financing. He spoke to the finance manager and after a few options that were discussed about rates and payment amounts I wound up financing with my bank which made me feel comfortable and confident I had made a good decision. While I was waiting I was supplied with drinks and snacks and it felt like an easygoing and comfortable atmosphere with good music playing in the background. I was scared to drive my ‘new girl’ home so the dealership arranged for a ride and once again Enrique drove me. We had such good conversation and I truly enjoyed meeting him. Sometimes you meet people and opportunities in unexpected places and I told my son thank you for finding my new car at Waco Subaru!

I can’t brag enough about my experience with Douglass Subaru! I don’t like buying from dealerships, because they are always pushy. Not at Douglas. Beth K. was amazing to work with. She greeted me at the door and was so pleasant. She wasn’t pushy, and made the whole experience wonderful. I wanted the Cosmic Blue Pearl Outback, and she found it! This was my first Subaru purchase, and it won’t be my last!
